Course Content
On 1 July 2019 a Single Quality Framework will be introduced to the aged care sector – both residential and in home care. These standards will replace the existing standards for both residential care and in-home care.
These standards are very consumer focused.
This webinar will look at the transition to the new structure and what quality assessors will be examining during visits.

- Gain an understanding of the new Single Quality Framework
- Recognise what changes need to be implemented to evidence an understanding of the aged care new standards
- Discuss each of the 8 aged care standards
- Review steps that you can take to implement these changes
