Diabetes risk screening in the older person not previously diagnosed with diabetes can not only reduce the risk of developing chronic conditions but can also reduce risk of falls, infections, delirium and pain.
This Webinar will discuss risk assessments for older persons living in the community and those on admission to residential aged care or already living in residential aged care to prevent chronic conditions and adverse health events.
