Course Content

Medication administration is a hot topic in health literature. In particular, there abundant researched reporting about medication errors and safe practice.

The 5-rights framework features in research methodologies about medication administration. However, the methods used to observe and quantify medication administration are inconsistent. The researchers are often not nurses, and the methodologies they use are sometimes incongruent with nursing practice.

This webinar will explore these issues and more to highlight the unique role that nurses have in medication management.
