Course Content
Recent research (Willmont et al 2020) identified nurses continue to be anxious about the legal issues related to end of life care.
This webinar explains current law relating to the obligations to provide palliative interventions, the requirement to adhere to advance directives and ensure care and comfort for the dying patient. The law governing the Doctrine of Double Effect and Voluntary Assisted Suicide will be addressed.
