Course Content

Just as nursing skills change over time so to do nursing roles. First instigated in South East Queensland the Clinical Coach role has been developed allowing nurses to become the teachers they always were and to promote staff development.

No longer do we tell younger or newer staff how to solve problems, we guide them by promoting critical thinking and problem solving skills in an effort to develop the nursing mind and promote holistic patient care by looking at all elements of a scenario rather than just focussing on one small area.
