Sandra is a Registered Nurse of 23 years’ experience in a variety of clinical environments in both public and private facilities including teaching in both University and TAFE sectors.

She has a passion for teaching using her teaching skills to empower Registered Nurses to become mentors for the future generation of nurses and empowering nursing students to become the skilled and professional nurses of the future.

Sandra lecturer at James Cook University and has written modules in Clinical Coaching for the online Master of Nursing course. Sandra is a published author featuring on prominent Nursing blog sites across Australia.
