How do I login?

Why do I keep getting a login error?

This means that our system does not recognise the details you are entering. 

Here are a few things to check:

1. Passwords are case sensitive. Ensure that Caps Lock is off.

2. Double check your email address is spelled correctly.

3. If you are a Free Subscriber check your Welcome Email for your autogenerated password.
    Hint: Copy the password from the email and paste directly into the login box.

4. If you have previously been able to login and now can't,  your membership may have expired. Please contact the office 07 4151 3884 

I have to enter my password everytime?

If you dont want to have to enter your password in everytime you visit our site, tick the Remember My Login box on the login pop up. You will also need to ensure that your cookies are enabled for this function to work

How do I change my password?

On the top right-hand corner under your name, you will see Manage Your Account. Click this and you will be able to update all of your personal details, change your password and upload your own photo.
